Our first stop was the Hot Spring Waterfall. We walked on a nature trail through the tropical jungles to the hot springs. Debi and I swam in the waterfall pools. We were the first people there and it was wonderful having the hot springs, between 38deg and 40 deg, to ourselves. We also walked to the crystal pool which had the clearest waters. You could see every rock, twig and leave on the bottom of the pool. We walked through the Kanabnam caves and walke.

I have been sport addict since the moment i can remember as a very young boy. Played club rugby till injury forced me to stop and then moved over to playing club cricket after a good long rest. Picked up my running shoes again in 2009 to finish my 1st ever half marathon, Two Oceans 21,1km but not to long after that achievement. Just simply not in my nature.
